We use to have a ring of Cha! or Choo! as the situation dictated. This occurred one night as I was DMing and I was about to announce a found treasure when a sneeze came right after I said "A Ring of...(sneeze here)". A new treasure or curse came into being. You could give some hapless character this ring and have them sneeze (60-75%) at inopportune moments, such as when there is a horde of orcs around the corner. Moobear
