A program note - Roy Harris will be my guest on WFDU-FM's TRADITIONS this Sunday May 13. TRADITIONS airs from 3 to 6pm on WFDU-FM - 89.1 in the NYC/Northern New Jersey area, or you can listen in via the internet through our website at www.wfdu.fm. I recently spoke to Roy from his home in South Wales. We chatted about the British Folk scene, his history with folk music, his days touring the U.S., his health, and even Al Jolson! We played a number of selections from his recordings, including his most recent Live at the Lion CD. Roy was a delight to talk to, and I hope you can join us! Ron Olesko Producer/Host
