The history of the tune I don't know. What I did want to share is the way I've heard this tune played in concert that was really neat. I think of tunes as having an A and a B part. In the B part, the 5th measure, there are 2 of the same notes played (I think they are C's) with emphasis. I've heard the B part repeated as usual, then repeated a third time and end after those 2 C's. Try it, you might enjoy it. Rose
