I have a lot of old tablature I've collected over the last 20 or so years for lap dulcimer. My favorite tune is a fingerpicked version of "Princess Royal," which is a version of an O'Carolan tune. I learned to play by taking lessons from Ruth Barrett and Randy Wilkinson workshops.

I think noters are useful only as missiles; I use three fingers and thumb on my left hand and either a soft pick or my right-hand fingers to play.
