GUEST,Martin Graebe music printing software? (30) RE: music printing software? 22 May 01

I moved from 'Noteworthy' to a program called 'Capella' because I wanted to put notation with first verse lyrics into 'Word' documents. Capella does this pretty well (once you've worked it out) and I use it to produce books and for the websites I do. It also produces midi files, enables you to play multple parts in different voices etc. It isn't perfect (doesn't always follow Windows conventions, has it's own bizarre logic, etc) but - hey! it doesn't cost anything like as much as the professional packages.

You can find more about it and download a demo at www.softpart.co.uk. There is also some other music related software that might be useful
