These days i make a living as a freelance sculptor / designer, plus publishing folk related material, performing and writing. But I confess to spending some 20 years as a lecturer. Your demographic isn't surprising really, most of the people of my age who were responsible for the U.K. folk boom in the sixties came from the student population, and in those days teaching was a popular route for students to take.
