This question has been bugging me for quite a while, and now that I have discovered Mudcat, I feel like I have someone to ask that may know. I was a big fan of Dave Brombergs throughout much of the seventies, for his diverse skill as a musician and for his ability to tell a great story. Then he seemed to disapear off the face of the earth. I had heard once that he had decided to quit recording and performing inorder to apply himself to the craft of violyn making, but I don't have any idea if that is true or not. Can anyone enlighten me on this.
Thanks
Len
