My insomnia is caused by my husband who snores long and loud, with occasional gasps, wheezes and mutters. Not to mention his sleep apnoia when he stops breathing completely and frightens me half to death. How can I stop a middle aged, overweight beerdinker from Snoring? L (droopy eyes) L
