Oh, wow, but that sucks! It is that way in places around here (the Washington DC area), but I have heard some good tales as well. I know several folk who have done fairly well in Olde Towne Alexandria, VA. I have heard (though I do not personally know anyone who can attest to this) that Georgetown (in DC) is OK as well. I am saddened to hear that things are the way they are for our brethren from the north.
