When I awoke, I found out I'd been dreaming. Most of my bedclothes were still on the floor. I looked around realized you were leaving me. I saw the back of your dress, as you slipped through the door, as you slipped through the door

I used to play this in late 70's, sitting on the porch swing of a purple house in Ann Arbor Michigan. A friend from that era asked me what the song was, and while I can remember the chords, the rest of the words are gone.

I appreciate any help I can get.
