Daystar, if the author of a song requests that it be removed, it is. Copyright protection is what gives a songwriter a little bit of money from the sale of recordings or performances of songs. You might want to search on the Mudcat Forum on the word Copyright. Really an eyeopener. Anyway, backto yurr questin. IF an author requests their song be removed, it is. IF not copyright police (aka HArry Fox Agency) could take Max to court and confiscate the computers which the DT database. Rather than do that, Max and the DT complies with any request by a songwriter to have his/her song(s) deleted from the DT.
