I was just remembering how they tried to teach us about safety in elementery school, and everytime there was a 'scary stranger' not to accept candy or a lift from, he always had a beard. I couldn't get my mind around this, since the only men I'd ever known had beards. My father, all my uncles, my parents friends, the only men I'd seen who were clean shaven were the strangers!
