Blackwater, bye the way, is way out by the Redneck Riviera, It flows through the Blackwater state forest over by the Alabama border. There is a state park just north of a tiny town called Milton. Also a couple of other campsites up in the forest. It is, imho, one of the last best places in the entire state. And if locals tell you the fishing sucks, they're lying, use a rapala right at sundown, you'll be eating bass for supper. As the name implies, it is tannin stained to an eerie black, and has "florida snow" white sandy banks.
