I think I am right in saying he is originally from Sligo, the paper says he has lived here for sixty years has five children and seven grandchildren
According to the paper he said of his attackers 'I think they are horrible people'
I am sure all his friends at the Dog and Partridge will do everything to help and I would imagine feelings there are running pretty high too, its only a short walk from where he was attacked

Sorry to burden you all with my anger but its the first time I have ever known anyone who was the victim of mindless violence and its really shaken me up.
