I say play next week,about that chamber of commerce guy:He is interested in(probably) is the crowd you draw and the money they spend--he will probably say anything to keep the money spenders there-- and if like many of those local politician types-- knows absolutely nothing about music unless it's top 40's stuff. If I were to be critical of what you have said in any way, it would be your comment that Mt, Airy is full of hicks--to me that takes away from your argument.Don't get mad,just go back this weekend.
