The point, however harshly made, was a valid one: it is thoughtless and self-defeating to start the query with vague phrases about "lyrics sought" ["words" is shorter, don't you think?], since the main topic is the song itself [isn't it?]. We waste space in that minuscule bit that's allowed for the thread title [query: why not longer??] by putting anything other than a "short title", e.g. "Beggarman"-- and if we have enough room, then add "words" or whatever. After all, we put queries on this site to be read, and as every tyro writer knows, you've got to have a hook to catch the attention; which "lyrics wanted" is not.
