Hi Ritchie! Are you by any chance the same Ritchie who used to play drums in my son's rock band in Newcastle? (He was known as 'Dorz the Metalhead' in those days, but he's left all that behind him, and is well into jazz, folk, and world music now.)If you are - nice to hear from you again. Anyhow, the answer to your question is, no, I haven't heard George's tale about the Wallsend Butcher yet, but will probably catch it at the Cumberland Arms one of these nights. Wassail!
