There is (last I checked) a Thai food stall at the portland saturday market. Their menu is three items long, but I've only ever eaten one thing there: they make the BEST Pad Thai in the world, and they make lots of it. For 3 or 4 bucks, you get a heaping plate of greasy noodles absolutely slathered in peanut sauce. I doubt I'd ever move back to the land of the great grey sky after living in California for three years, but damn, I still miss that Pad Thai. -MudWeasel
