You are most welcome, katlaughing. I liked his comments relevant to equating captalist consumerism with patriotism. Sort of a twisted global reach nightmare version of WWII "Buy American to support the war effort!"
As if this Anglo American anti-terrorist jihad were on a par with Allied efforts in WWII. I don't think so, despite the attack on American soil. It just isn't the same, in my mind. Not the same thing at all.
But it is successfully making a "global" enemy out of those who are resisting the "globalization" of imposed capitalist social values over local traditional social values, to be sure. Especially amongst the international mandarin class.
