Sad to say that the management has changed at what was once my all-time favorite restaurant. It is/was the Dynasty Restaurant in Wheaton, Maryland. In times past, there was no menu - at least not during the Sunday afternoons that I was there. Waiting staff pushed cartloads of various foods among the tables. One simply watched and waited until seeing something irresistible and asked for it to be served at your table. Irresistible items were not at all difficult to find there. Everything was not only beautiful, but also delicious! The desserts were incredible in flavor and in a strange mix of ornate simplicity that was pleasing to the eye and tastebuds. I had quite a few wonderful meals there and never found the cost to outweigh the benefits.

The food there is still quite good (understatement) but the wandering carts are gone.
