I recently heard the Mike Miles "Magic Banjo "CD and fell in love with the sound of the Wunderlich Minstrel Banjo that he uses on about 7 of the tracks. It has a great, deep sound (not usually associated with banjos) It was perfect for both old time tunes and the blues! My questions to thoses of you music greats on the famous Mcat --- what is a minstrel banjo and where can I find a Wunderlich? Never heard of either, but I sure want to find one for my blues sets!
