I was diagnosed with OSA 9 months ago. I went to the sleep centre after I worked my way up to 16 hours of sleep each day. I was still exhausted and found myself falling asleep sitting at traffic lights. The mask is rube-goldbergesque and the sensation of breathing against pressure all night is extremely difficult to get used to.
