We just had the most amazing and hilarious concert at the lake county folk club (Illinois) and I'd like to commend The Arrogant Worms to other presenters of acoustic music who are looking for something (completely) different for their venues. A day later, my jaws are still sore from all the laughter. The Worms are a totally original trio with all original material and a fresh stage presentation. They have funny songs, funny banter and they do it all without profanity or sexual innuendo. (Well, perhaps about the sex habits of vegetables, but nothing that you couldn't let the kids hear.) They are very well-known from radio shows in their native Canada and they have set out to conquer America but have found it dauntingly large for three guys to cover.
