I have chronic hand pain in my right hand only; have been trying to ignore it for too long, I guess, but I count on holiday breathers to do some practicing, and found myself avoiding it this time around. The worst of it is on the OUTER edge of my hand, centered on where the muscle bunches when I'm using a pick -- as in, boom chucka boom chucka. There seems to be a hard little know that isn't on my left hand. I know I'm revealing my low pain threshold, but I would practice more if I could alleviate this pain. I've already bought the snazzy OO guitar to alleviate the shoulder pain ... MAG, not taking middle age with grace
