We mostly do old time cowboy music and poetry. When MLK comes along I like to start talking about how some 25% of the working cowboys of the 1860's - 1890's were black. The Old Paint Waltz and Zebra Dun were probably written by black cowhands. (See Jim Bob Tinsley's He was Singing This Song) Martin Luther King was one of the greatest Americans this country has ever been blessed with.
