Frank Maher: In response to your thread of 2/16 I am keenly interested in American-Irish music of the 1930's, especially the type done by Frank Quinn. I've found only one recording of his and it is my favorite. It seems to be a re-worked 78rpm and the lyrics are very difficult to decipher. If anybody else has this CD I'd love to work with you on finding the lyrics to some songs that I have yet to find anywhere on the WWW. I suspect they were locally popular in NYC where Quinn was well known. And a Happy St Pat's Day to all of yez!!
