Let me just say that I admit to playing many of the characters being parodied in these threads. Its been a great laugh and I think there is some wonderful stuff there. For those of you who have taken exception, take a day off you're taking life way too seriously. I suspect that most of the contributors to the threads are people who either lived for a long time in Northern Ireland or currently live there. I also suspect that those who have taken exception have'nt or don't. I grew up there I lived through the worst of the troubles, in the markets area of Belfast. I've stood by more graves than is probably healthy for a person. When times were rough it was humour that got us through. Real Mudcatter put your big brush away your painting us all from the same pot and your assuming way too much. If you don't get the humour that doesn't mean that it isn't funny. Bottom line I think we're allowed to laugh at ourselves we've come through a whole lot and maybe there are happier days ahead for us. Den
