I just throw them in the wash laces and all with the dirty clothes(work clothes as opposed to nice clothes). Tho that probably doesn't make a difference. I do let them air dry instead of putting them in the dryer. I own many pairs of chucks which I've been wearing for years. I like the toothbrush idea tho. That sounds like a great punishment chore to give someone. I'M GONNA MAKE YOU SCRUB MY CHUCKS WITH A TOOTH BRUSH.
