Apparently, the visitor centre was not popular, locally, in the first place. Giving the job of managing it to a Campbell is seen as adding insult to injury. Mr Campbell was on the radio trying to justify his ancestors' actions (I missed it - I had a bus to catch) but it seemed to take the form "They were only obeying orders" (sound familiar?) Walrus
