I am thinking of buying a house, 3-bedroom, newly renovated, newly furnished, new kitchen, new flooring through out. I want to rent the two spare rooms out - but there is a problem. The bathroom is downstairs. Have any of you guys/gals ever lived in a place like this, or how much woud it put you off renting a room in a house like that? location and rent are not going to be a problem either. Does anyone have any advice on this?
