Nigel -- trainspotting lost its glamour?!?! Never heard those words so closely conjoined! Actually, if it was as exciting as Coyote Breath makes out, we'd all be doing it (and writing songs about the crashes!) I don't think that we can adequately convey the anally retentive nature of the anoraks at the end of the platform with their little notebooks stuffed full of loco numbers to those who've never seen it. In fact, the original anoraks come from the sixties when pirate radio stations broadcast from ships anchored outside the three-mile limit. The particularly fanatical listeners who came out in dinghies to see their heroes in the flesh obviously had to dress for the conditions, and the cry would go up on board the pirate ship 'Oh no, the anoraks are back!'
