Folk music is alive and well in New Jersey. There are several folk circles running in the northern half of the state. Sings & Strings has been holding a sing on the 4th Saturday night of the month for 25 plus years in the Bergen/Passaic area. The Folk Project has all sorts of sing opportunities and there is another long running sing in the Monmouth county area on the Jersey shore.
