If an introduction by a performer provides enhances the performance or enjoyment of the song...go for it. I have no problems, I actually love the stories that entertain. When a performer goes on and on and on with no intention but to show everybody that they like the sound of their own voice. Sorry, I'm outta there. 'Paw: please keep on bothering.
