Congratulations I remember the feeling well and there's a lot more like that.I had something similar at the beginning of learning to play the guitar with open F,then with the pentatonic scale I suddenly realised that it was a repeating pattern all the way up the neck and it was the same pattern for every key.Then it was modes,and reading music was a classic one where the light just came on unexpectedly after weeks of head scratching but the biggest epiphany of them all for me was the realisation that if I applied myself I could achieve anything that I musically wanted now I can get music out of any musical instrument I can get my hands on after a very short period of time,and that philosophy spilled over into the rest of my life.
