Whilst the programme does look good, it can't tell the whole story because things are changing constantly. For example, we have listed the peformers for the shanty event near the Beverley Beck but the Beverley Barge Preservation Society are organising lots of boats, craft stalls and craft workshops around the Beck area and I have only the sketchiest idea of the details of that. We have a new workshop added to the Friary - Sunday at 11am with Ann Lonsdale who is offering one on Song - to cover harmony, rounds etc. We do still, however, need a ceilidh band(Saturday 22nd approx 9pm start) since Pigjig can no longer come. Any offers? I know that we will have the raw material for several scratch bands at the festival but it would be better to be able to book a named band and caller. Roger
