I am specifically looking for traidional songs, actually, interesting as contemporary songs about mental illness are. I want to look at the way this theme is delt with in folk songs and lore, you see. I've seen Flagcrackers of Craven (a border side from North Yorkshire) dance "Bedlem Boys": it's rather dramatic and very menacing. They're accompanied by a singer who belts the songs out very impressively! Cheers, Jane
