Except for a couple of snipes at the bad side of Toronto (hey every city has em!) I've enjoyed this thread a lot.
We're talkin' a magical couple of weeks here, folks - the kind where chemistry and good music combine to make everyone involved sit back and say, "Life is good!".
And you all must know that none of this would have happened without the Mudcat! It was the Mudcat that introduced Jed to Rick and then Rick introduced Jed to me. It was the Toronto Mudcatters who gathered at Rick's place to celebrate his personal victory and it was Mudcatters Mick and Jeri and some-time Mudcatter Betty who joined us from the U.S. to celebrate that and Jed's new CD. It was just all too good to be true...but it was true.
Thanks to all involved, and to those of you who weren't, I would urge you to check out Jed's new CD when it comes out. You'll hear the magic there! Jed and I clicked. He's a very talented fella and one who, I predict, will turn a few heads. Thanks for the priviledge of working with you, Jed. I value our new-found friendship.
Cheers,
Paul Mills
