"Flash Company" I find rather sad; and "Now I'm Easy" sung by Ronnie Drew, and "Wilderness Road" by Vin Garbutt. Talking of Mr Garbutt makes me think of "Philippino Maid" as something that could fall into both camps. Leonard Cohen isn't sad, just depressing.
