On behalf of Fred's family I would like to thank all those who attended his funeral on Wednesday. Thank you for attending, thank you for your condolences, and thank you for your singing at Munslow church, (the vicar can only pray for a singing congregation like that in his church again), and afterwards at Culmington Village Hall. You helped to make the day a truly memorable occasion. Thank you to all his friends in the 'world of folk music' for the support that you have given to myself and my family, it has been greatly appreciated. My phone has not stopped ringing since Uncle Fred's death and the kind tributes have been overwhelming. When time permits we shall get together to read through the moving letters and cards and reflect on an occasion that will be with us forever. It would be difficult for us to contact everyone for obvious reasons. However, we hope as many of you as possible will see this message and pass it on to those who you know may not have the technology! Thank you all.
