Barq's is available in cans in Missouri, anyway. I can never take the kids to the store without buying each of them a dose. Sassafras is a highly invasive species that likes the edges of fields. I find it hard to imagine anybody objecting to your uprooting it -- "Say, sir, would you mind terribly if I took just a little tiny piece of that kudzu?" Adam
