How about a festival where the folks who attend do all of the singing!

The Mid-Winter Singing Festival will kick off this Jan 31-Feb 1, 2003 in East Lansing, MI

Two huge evening concerts where four well-known folk musicians LEAD the audience in 16 well-known songs (different selections each night) General Admission tickets $12/10/8.

Twelve FREE workshops on Saturday afternoon. Again, the attendees sing WITH the songleaders. All afternoon.

Sponsored by the 30 -yr. old, healthy Ten Pound Fiddle Coffeehouse, The City of East Lansing, and Double Play Sports.

ALL details are at www.singingfestival.com

Are you interested in promoting/running a festival like this in your neck of the woods? Contact me and I can help with tickets/arrangements...to visit this one.

Folks love to sing. In our society, folks don't get to sing enough. Why not a festival where the songs are the stars of the shows AND everyone makes up the gorgeous sound...all weekend long.

Thanks for the opportunity to help spread the word.
