Ruth in Ontario, Canada Old folk song from Pennsylvania / Wal, I Swan (3) Old folk song from Pennsylvania 07 Jul 97

I am new to this website, so please be patient if I don't do this properly. I am searching for the lyrics to an old folk song from Pennsylvania (title unknown). It was about "My son Joshuay, who went to Philadelphiyay"(sp) The song had many verses that always ended with the chorus: "Well, I'll be blowed! The hay ain't mowed. Get up Napoleon, it looks like rain. Well, I'll be durned, the butter ain't churned. Come in when you're over at the farm again."

If anyone has ever heard this song and has the lyrics, I would really appreciate any help you could offer!! If possible, could you please e-mail me as well as posting here; I've been having problems with my server lately. e-mail: rumathol@xcelco.on.ca

Thank you in advance. Peace! Ruth in Ontario, Canada (aka. David Carradine's best fan)
