Well it does have something to do with music, namely guitar playing. I've been diagnosed with a form of arthritis called psoriatic arthritis. So far the most important joint affected is the index finger of my left hand, making fingering that famous C chord very difficult. I can hardly clench my fist. Anybody else have psoriatic arthritis? What are you doing? Anyone treating this condition with homeopathy? Any other alternative medical practices? Yes, I am seeing a doctor. I sure do hate the thought of giving up guitar and banjo playing altogether as this condition progresses. And I've a hunch it will progress. Fortunately, the condition has not affected my fiddle playing, yet. Mandolin is a little difficult; it's the G chord postition.
