Heat seems to help. I just got through doing the dishes. For a little while I'll be able to clench my fist. If I sit and play, play, play guitar, the finger seems to loosen up. However straightening it out then smarts a little. I like the henna experiment. I have some pretty large patches on my back. So I don't know how practical that would be. Hmmm, maybe if I wore an old t-shirt during the day. I have lots of those. I save 'em up for for painting, and other dirty, messy jobs. Thanks for the encouraging words, Maryrrf. (Yes, I have heard of Edgar Cayce. She Who Is Always On My Mind is a big fan of his.) Jim
