I reckon there is no difference between a conspiracy and doing buisness. Either side of the same coin. Except Buisness is the end where paper and records are kept, procedures and rights of redress exist. Conspiracy is getting the exact same ends without the hassle - just the nod and wink - and plausible deniability. rgds Diesel
