Hello Everyone, I would just like to know something I hope this question is not to odd but, I've noticed when my stomach is full because I've eatten to much or I am bloated,I find it harder to sing and practice breathing. I feel like I don't have as much air and I can't hold notes as long, like I don't have my fullest of potential. Is this normal? Thank you! Helen
