He doesn't want to starve the lower class, he wants to let the states do that. And witness for example, his 300 million dollar cut to the emergency heating assistance fund in December. (guess it don't get cold in texas.) AFter a big stink around here- cold winter, high heating oil prices, lot of un- and under-employment- he acts like a fuggin' hero for restoring 200 million. Uh, wait a sec- don't that really mean he still slashed 100 million dollars?

Grand old party my lilly white ass. Grand if you're in that one percent, perhaps. Only thing I see trickling down is where the ceiling leaked.

It's hard to understand the needs of the people when you have your head that far up your butt. (and that's true of a heck of a lot of career politicians.)
