RC, it appears that both of us started our searches too late. I'm sorry to hear that yours ended as it did, but like all have said, and I can tell you from my experience it is better to know than wonder. I wish my search had started about fifteen or more years ago when I could still have spoken with my dad, but now having found him as I did still gives me sort of an inner satisfaction. Good job girl!!! I'll post to this thread occasionally as new developments in the search for my half sister and her children progresses.
