Right, now I've joined. Thanks Steve, now I've got to discover how to put a trace on. Ebbie is quite right - the mandolins are only approximately in or definitely out of tune. At least theyve got frets, which avoids my having to use a pencil sharpener on Spingo-deadened fingers when scraping the fiddle
