I don't deep fry nothin' 'cept in peanut oil. Very high burn temp and doesn't leak different flavors. Strain it when yer done and use it again in 7 days. Use electric fryolator or very very carefully use propane (LP)fueled fry set-up. I toss a little Cajun seasoning in the last dipping. Bone apeteet!
